How to register to BoC of Formasi 2015
1. Download the registration form in http://goo.gl/d27b4A
2. Follow the instruction provided in the form.
3. Bring your printed form to FORMASI UB secretariat 3rd floor UKM center no 21. The interview will be available on January 15th-16th, 2015 from 15.00-20.00.
4. The announcement : January 17th, and the first meeting of BOC will be on January 18th.
